In addition, you can cite our model’s body measurement details for correct reference. We currently provide sizes S to XL, each size with a specific range of height, weight, waist, hips, and inseam. We highly recommend you check our size guide whenever you are unsure about your size.

Our products can go into the washing machine. However, remember to wash with like colors and temperatures below 30°C. We suggest you put our leggings and tops into wash bags before placing them into the washing machine. This can give you the best experience every time you wear any of our products and make them last even longer.
If you like to wash by hand, we recommend using the same method we mentioned earlier. You can find the detailed guideline on our product pages under the Material & Care section.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can we have more color choices for your leggings?”]We have received an enormous amount of requests to launch more colors and sizes, and we are working on that!
We are having a long decision before we publish new colors. We want to ensure that our leggings’ color will not sink after washing; the color can support you to shine and go with any occasion; the color will prevent you from showing your underwear colors if you choose to wear them. There are many considerations before we dive into the final process of launching.
We want to put on our best performance and good quality products that serve you well. It takes longer, but we are a hundred percent sure it is worth waiting for our customers. Step 1: Email us via support@fanka.com with your name, order number, and email address you used when filling in the information at checkout. We understand you are in a hurry, but please give us time to reply. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Step 2: Place your items into the original packaging, and make sure they are unwashed, and unaltered.
Step 3: Deliver your package to a certified shipping carrier. Be sure to get a receipt and tracking code, so we know you are sending items to us.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will return your purchases for refunds and ship other products for exchange. And hooray, you are done! No more step 5![/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”When can I get my refund and exchange items?”]Refund or exchange will proceed immediately once your return is well received.
For a refund, the processing time will depend on the payment method you used for your order. PayPal refunds take up to 3 business days to process. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to process.
For an exchange, it will take up to 3 business days to arrange the shipment of the replacement item. Once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking numbers.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Do I need to pay for my shipping for returns and exchanges?”]It depends on countries.
You don’t need to pay for shipping if you are in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom. You will receive a return label for anything you want to return.
If you are in countries besides the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, you will need to pay for shipping first. Please make sure to keep the shipment receipt. We can undertake a shipping fee below $30. We apologize for any inconvenience.
